Terms and conditions
Acceptance of Terms: By making an advanced booking, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Payment Terms: All fees for parking and any other services selected in the booking must be paid for in advance. Fees once paid are non refundabale.
Time Limits: The maximum time limit is 6 Hours per booking. Additonal time will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
Access to Jabal Omar – Important Disclaimer: While we strive to offer guaranteed access to the parking facility near the Haram, this service is based on an understanding with local security authorities. Certain conditions beyond our control — such as city-wide congestion, or security restrictions — may temporarily limit access to the area.
Liability & Security: Easy Parking and the hotel are not responsible for any loss, damage, accidents, theft, or personal injury within the parking lot. Customers should secure their vehicles by locking doors, closing windows, and not leaving valuables inside.
Parking Rules & Safety: Vehicles must be parked in designated spaces, and drivers must follow all safety guidelines. Damage to other vehicles or proprty must be reported immediately, and compensation may be required. The company reserves the right to move vehicles for safety and operational needs.
By using the parking facilities at Jabal Omar you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
قبول الشروط: من خلال القيام بالحجز المسبق، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام.
شروط الدفع: يجب دفع جميع الرسوم الخاصة بالمواقف وأي خدمات أخرى يتم اختيارها ضمن الحجز مقدمًا. ولا تُسترد الرسوم بعد دفعها.
الحد الزمني: الحد الأقصى لمدة الوقوف هو 6 ساعات لكل حجز. وسيتم احتساب رسوم إضافية مقابل الوقت الزائد وفقًا للتعرفة القياسية للساعة.
الوصول إلى جبل عمر – إخلاء مسؤولية مهم: بينما نسعى لتوفير وصول مضمون إلى مواقف السيارات القريبة من الحرم، فإن هذه الخدمة تعتمد على تفاهم مع الجهات الأمنية المحلية. وقد تؤثر بعض الظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا — مثل الازدحام الشديد في المدينة أو القيود الأمنية — مؤقتًا على إمكانية الوصول إلى المنطقة.
المسؤولية والأمان: لا تتحمل شركة إيزي باركنج أو الفندق أي مسؤولية عن أي خسارة أو ضرر أو حوادث أو سرقة أو إصابة شخصية تحدث داخل موقف السيارات. يجب على العملاء تأمين مركباتهم بإغلاق الأبواب والنوافذ وعدم ترك أي مقتنيات ثمينة داخلها.
قواعد المواقف والسلامة: يجب ركن المركبات في الأماكن المخصصة فقط، ويجب على السائقين الالتزام بجميع إرشادات السلامة. في حال حدوث أي ضرر لمركبات أخرى أو الممتلكات، يجب الإبلاغ عنه فورًا، وقد يُطلب تعويض مالي. تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في تحريك المركبات إذا دعت الحاجة لأسباب تتعلق بالسلامة أو التشغيل.
